What are temporary materials
From architectural structures like buildings, condominiums, hospitals, schools, halls, and civil structures such as bridges, tunnels, dams, and power plants, to even the concrete molds that the workers walk on, rented equipment are utilized. The equipments are removed after a structure is completed, but the equipments that are absolutely necessary are temporary material.
Scaffolds(feet)
Scaffolds will be set on roads and slopes that workers will pass.
Molds
When creating a structure, a vessel is placed for pouring the concrete.
Falsework
Until the concrete hardens, falsework is installed as a support to prevent displacement of the mold.
Temporary Enclosures
Around the construction site a fence is installed for third-party intrusion prevention, garbage prevention, and anti-scattering of materials.
Construction that uses temporary materials
Scaffolding Construction
While the workers are working on construction, scaffolds are installed in order to pass through. The assembly and disassembly of the scaffolds is the construction itself.
Falsework Construction
There exists earth retaining falsework for excavation (geotechnical engineering) and form timbering for creating structures with concrete.
Steel-frame Construction
We will adjust to meet the needs and assemble steel material of any kind of work, including common types such as medium-high rise buildings, factories, and sports/event facilities.
Renovation and Repair
After construction and a certain period of time has elapsed, buildings, condominiums, replacement/painting of outer walls, and replacement/repair of equipment of commercial facilities are done for seismic reinforcements.
Demolition Work
For renovation or new construction of a structure, demolition is done for removal of existing structures.
Carpentry Work
Internal finishings of ceilings, partitions, floors, cloth, curtains, blinds, and other interior sections.
